January 2009 -An Update
Hi Everyone! Well it has been an exciting year and a half since we started our adventure known as Lots to Say Baby! I didn't want to erase our former story - since it is part of us and how we got started. I did think it was time for an update :)
Lots to Say Baby has grown from sleep deprived Mom's idea to a hobby to a successful business in the year and a half we have been in business. We are fortunate to work with over 1,000 wonderful stores across the country with the list growing every day.
It has been a wonderful experience getting to know the people that make up the baby & gift industries. I have had the pleasure of working with amazing store owners, product reps, manufacturers and other product companies!
Thank you to all of our customers and retail stores for making this journey a remarkable one! We are excited for a wonderful 2009!
August 2007
As a new mom, I am always on the lookout for well-designed, attractive baby accessories -cool pacifier holders, great diaper bags, fashion forward slings, bibs, clothes. There is so much great stuff out there and I feel better when I look the part of a put-together mama – no matter how crazy the day is! This all seemed to fall to the wayside when I went looking for truly great pacifiers. They were all so froofy (is that even a word!?) and candy sweet - or even worse, cheesy and cheap. I wanted something bright and bold that looked great and that my son loved.
This problem was never so evident as last Easter. Grandma had decked him out in head-to-toe Easter – I mean right down to the bunny shoes! All that-but he had an orange binky in his mouth. I joked that if they had seen a binky to fit the occasion they would have bought that too! At that moment Lots to Say Baby was born! Attractive, well-made binkys that complement every occasion and mood! A product that looks good and makes you laugh and smile!
